We’re mobilizing across Connecticut to raise awareness about the importance of child care in upcoming elections. This initiative will involve distributing informational literature to ensure community members understand how critical child care is to our state’s future.
We’re targeting parents, guardians, and child care providers—people directly impacted by the need for affordable and accessible child care solutions.
This effort will involve a two hour time commitment, during which time you'll have light refreshments, welcoming remarks, and instructions for your time. After that, you will be given postcards to deliver to strategic locations in the region. This action is a powerful way to influence parents and policymakers to create lasting change for our youngest residents and their families.

Because of capacity, we cannot be in every corner of the state. Please know that our child care staff will be concentrating on regions and cities that weren't listed in the coming weeks. Wear FIX CHILD CARE shirts if you have them.
